With the help of the internet, people have the ability to market there music and career for free. Many people are using Youtube and myspace to get their careers popping, but here is a little secret. There are now 100's of websites like youtube and myspace. All you have to do is google video sharing websites, or networking websites. You can even use wikipedia to find them. How does this help your music career. Well, now you can upload those same videos to more than 100 websites to get the maximum exposure. Make website pages all over the internet and link them to your main page. Now you have a network of over 50-100 websites that was all done for free.

Then you always have the classified ads on myspace and other sites. They can be used to bring traffic to your website. You can go in the friends section or business sections. I search for the sections that have the most posts, then I post something there. Many people will see your post especially if you have something interesting to say.

Use these steps to help get your career on the path to stardom. Don't let anyone tell you any different.
