Many people want to start their own businesses but it is really hard work and you have to be consistent. There are many ways to tell if you have what it takes to succeed in the business world. There are thousands of businesses started everyday and a very small percentage manages to reach their goals. Why? The first and most important thing is knowledge. Many people start small businesses without having the proper knowledge of that particular business. Then you have the finances. Many small businesses fail because they don't have enough money to stay around. In order to avoid these pitfalls one has to make a plan to get the proper capital before you even start. One thing I recommend if you are even thinking about starting your own business, is to say money. Try to get your family and friends involved. I had a friend that hot married and his family gave him thousands of dollars at the wedding. Your friends and family do have the money to support you they just have to think its a great cause. You need as much help as you can get so make sure you get the capital to get a nice start on your business. Think of your business like a marriage and you will be committed for the rest of your life. Here are a few characteristics an entrepreneur should have.

  1. Knowledge about the business
  2. Creativity, this will make your business unique
  3. Fast thinking. You must be able to react quickly with your business decisions
  4. Organizational skills
  5. Finance, must have start up capital.
  6. Must be able to speak in front of crowds
These are just a few qualities a business leader should have. I hope this helps with your decision to become an entrepreneur.
