Many people ask me how do I workout. I usually do a
full body workout with cardio in about 30-40 minutes. Wow! That sounds
great. Let me tell you how I do it. I use dumbells and usually one
machine for the chest. Im gonna list how I do this because I think it
will make it easier to understand. The reason why I organize my workout
in this fashion is because it's easy and effective. You start at the
bottom of your body and then work your way up to the top. Usually not
stopping in between sets. This workout is part of the 60 day powerplan
workout.

then you start over again. Repeat cycle about 3 times then go
directly to cardio for about 10 minutes on the elyptical or treadmill.
If you have great endurance it should take about 30 minutes if not
about 40-50. The supersets give a cardio effect while building muscle.
The extra ten minutes help to finish off the cardio because it should
only take about 15 minutes to do the weightlifting cycle.
Tell me about your results
Thanks
